A 5-pack of PFA release film for the Elegoo Saturn 2, Saturn 3, Saturn 3 Ultra, Saturn 4, and Saturn 4 Ultra MSLA resin 3D printers. PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) film is a more durable alternative to standard FEP, used as the release film in the resin vat.
Why choose PFA over FEP
- Clarity: PFA is generally slightly clearer than FEP, which helps UV light reach the resin evenly.
- Chemical resistance: PFA is more resistant to a wide range of resins than FEP.
- Durability: designed to hold up to repeated resin exposure and layer release.
- Easy to clean: wipes down with IPA between prints.
Compatibility
Cut and drilled to fit the vat frame of the Elegoo Saturn 2, Saturn 3, Saturn 3 Ultra, Saturn 4, and Saturn 4 Ultra. Not compatible with the Mars series or non-Elegoo resin printers.
Installation tips
- Wear nitrile gloves. Skin oils reduce release performance.
- Tension the film evenly and tighten vat screws in a criss-cross pattern to avoid warping.
- Do a 10-minute LCD-only cure test before your first real print to confirm even light distribution.
- Wipe with IPA on a lint-free cloth after every failed print.
What's included
5 × PFA release films pre-cut for the Elegoo Saturn 2 / 3 / 3 Ultra / 4 / 4 Ultra vat frame. Screws are not included. Reuse those from your existing vat.

Ambrosia filament (1.75mm cardboard spool): Bambu Lab X1C, P1S, P1P, A1, A1 Mini with AMS; Prusa MK4/MK3S+/Mini+; Creality K1/K2/Ender 3 V3; Voron 2.4/Trident; most 1.75mm printers.
Push Plastic filament: 1.75mm spools work with Bambu X1C, Prusa MK4, Creality K1, Voron, RatRig, and all standard 1.75mm setups. 2.85mm spools work with Ultimaker S3/S5, LulzBot Taz Pro, and E3D toolchanger setups. Check the print settings in the product description for temperature and enclosure requirements specific to the material.

- Handling: orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day.
- Delivery: 3–10 business days after handling (4–13 business days in total).
- Consumable orders: free shipping at $95.00 or more. Under $95.00, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your items and address.
- Printer orders: $50.00 flat rate.
- We email you a tracking number once your order ships.

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for new, unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Final sale items cannot be returned.
