What does CONSUM3D sell?

CONSUM3D specializes in 3D printing filament and accessories. Our catalog includes:

What brands do you carry?

We partner with reputable filament manufacturers and distributors to offer reliable materials. Our selection includes both well-known global brands and emerging specialty manufacturers.

What filament diameter do you sell?

Most filament we sell is 1.75mm diameter, which is compatible with the majority of modern FDM 3D printers. Some specialty materials are also available in 2.85mm diameter, depending on the manufacturer.

Are your filaments compatible with my 3D printer?

Our filaments are compatible with most popular 3D printers, including:

  • Bambu Lab
  • Creality
  • Prusa
  • QIDI Tech
  • Any standard FDM 3D printer supporting 1.75mm filament

Shipping

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment partners and distribution centers.

How long does shipping take?

Typical delivery times within the mainland United States:

  • Processing time: 1–3 working days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern are processed the next business day.
  • Delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on location

Which carriers do you use?

We typically ship using major U.S. carriers:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx

The carrier used may depend on the product, warehouse location, and delivery address.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We ship within the 48 mainland United States only — we do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or any US territories. International shipping may be available in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Consumable orders under $95: $13.00
  • Consumable orders $95.00 and over: free
  • Express shipping (consumables): $30.00 flat rate
  • Printers: $50.00 flat rate

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my filament arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and the product.
  2. Contact our support team.
  3. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Technical Questions

What temperatures should I use for printing?

Printing temperatures vary depending on the material. Typical ranges:

  • PLA: 190–220°C
  • PETG: 220–250°C
  • ABS: 230–260°C

Always check the recommended settings provided with the filament — the product page for each spool lists its own range.

How should I store filament?

To maintain the best print quality:

  • Store filament in a cool, dry environment
  • Keep it in sealed bags with desiccant
  • Avoid humidity exposure

Proper storage helps prevent moisture absorption, which causes stringing, poor layer adhesion, and brittle prints.
