Paper gets filed. This gets turned over in the hand. Each of our custom 3D printed business cards is built layer by layer in the USA, so your name and mark stand in raised relief, with real edges that catch the light. Felt before it is read.
Standard business card size, 3.5 × 2 in (89 × 51 mm). Any filament color. Made to order. Ships within 5 business days.
The collections
Relief
One color, tone on tone, in any filament color you choose. The card and the lettering are the same color, so the design is carried by depth and shadow alone, like a blind emboss with more weight. Quiet, and the one people run a thumb across.
Contrast
Two colors, in any pairing of filament colors. Lettering and logo are raised in the second color, such as black on white, white on black or gold on black. Legible from across a table.
How a commission works
- Choose a collection and a run size. The quantity you add is the number of cards.
- Tell us what goes on the card. Name, title and contact details, plus a needed-by date if you have one.
- Describe the card and attach your mark. Card color, lettering color, layout and anything else you want. A vector logo (SVG or PDF) prints sharpest.
- We print and ship. Your run is made to order and ships within 5 business days.

What colors can I choose?
Any filament color. Name your card color, and for Contrast your lettering color, when you order. You can browse colors in our filament range.
Will it fit my wallet or card holder?
Yes. It is the same 3.5 × 2 in size as a standard business card. Because it is thicker than paper, a holder will take fewer of them.
Which files do you need?
Your logo as PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF. A vector file (SVG or PDF) gives the cleanest edges. If you have no logo, describe the layout and we set the type for you.
Where are they made?
In the USA. Every card is printed to order by CONSUM3D and shipped from our shop.
How long does it take?
Your run ships within 5 business days. Delivery then takes 3–10 business days. If you need the cards by a certain date, add it in the needed-by field, and if the date is close, email us before ordering.
How much is shipping?
We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping is a $13.00 flat rate, or free on orders of $95.00 or more. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay, and you receive tracking once your order ships.
How are they made?
On FDM 3D printers, one thin layer at a time. The fine lines you can see on the surface are those layers, and they are part of the texture.

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (not Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories).
- Production: your cards are made to order and ship within 5 business days.
- Delivery: 3–10 business days after your cards ship.
- Shipping cost: $13.00 flat rate, or free on orders of $95.00 or more.
- We email you a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for new, unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Final sale items cannot be returned.
- To start a return, email bsys@consum3d.com with your order number. Once approved, we send return instructions.
- You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the return. For an exchange, return your original purchase and place a new order.
