1. Where We Ship:
We currently ship in the United States.
2. Handling Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. If you place an order after 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York), we will process it on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time frames:
Shipping within the United States Mainland (We currently only ship to the 48 mainland states and not Hawaii, Alaska, or any territories of the USA.)
- The estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Consumable Orders $0.01-$94.99 = $13.00
- Consumable Orders $95.00 and up = Free
- Consumable Orders Express Shipping = $30.00 (Flat Rate)
- Printer Orders = $50.00 (Flat Rate)
5. Shipping Carriers:
We use multiple shipping carriers including USPS, FedEx, or UPS to ensure reliable delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
