Hours and Response Time

Our customer service is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time. If you have a problem, contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.

Please include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can find your order quickly. If you need more information on a specific product or want an update on an order, email is usually fastest.
