Their Pro PCTG replaces PETG’s ethylene glycol with cyclohexanedimethanol for better impact resistance, higher clarity, and lower moisture absorption than standard PETG. ReFuel Recycled Pro PCTG delivers these same engineering properties from reclaimed material of the same filament type.
ReFuel Recycled Pro PCTG is the eco-forward choice for functional PCTG applications — structural parts, chemical-resistant components, and precision mechanical pieces — where sustainability and performance are equally important. Print behavior is identical to virgin Pro PCTG. The only difference is where the material came from.

Push Plastic filament: 1.75mm spools work with Bambu X1C, Prusa MK4, Creality K1, Voron, RatRig, and all standard 1.75mm setups. 2.85mm spools work with Ultimaker S3/S5, LulzBot Taz Pro, and E3D toolchanger setups. Check the print settings in the product description for temperature and enclosure requirements specific to the material.

- Handling: orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day.
- Delivery: 3–10 business days after handling (4–13 business days in total).
- Consumable orders: free shipping at $95.00 or more. Under $95.00, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your items and address.
- Printer orders: $50.00 flat rate.
- We email you a tracking number once your order ships.

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for new, unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Final sale items cannot be returned.
- To start a return, email bsys@consum3d.com with your order number. Once approved, we send return instructions.
- You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the return. For an exchange, return your original purchase and place a new order.
