Collection: Polycarbonate (PC) Filament

Maximum Heat Resistance. Maximum Impact Strength. The Engineering Pinnacle.

Polycarbonate is one of the highest-performing thermoplastics available to FDM printers — with a heat resistance above 110°C, exceptional impact strength, optical clarity in its natural state, and the ability to be flame-retardant formulated without significantly compromising mechanical properties. It's the material used in bullet-resistant panels, aircraft cockpit windows, safety helmets, and electronics housings — and with the right machine, it's printable at home.

PC requires a heated chamber or enclosed machine, high print temperatures (260–300°C), and a heated bed (80–120°C). But the results are parts with performance that no other commonly-printed material can match.

Note: PC is an advanced material. A heated chamber, all-metal hotend, and hardened steel nozzle are strongly recommended. Not suitable for PTFE-lined hotends.
