PEEK, PEI (Ultem), and PPS-CF represent the highest tier of FDM-printable materials — used in aerospace structural components, medical device housings, chemical processing equipment, and high-temperature industrial tooling. These materials require machines with actively heated enclosures, all-metal hotends capable of 400°C+, and print temperatures that exceed anything standard printers can reach.

If you're printing these materials, you already know what you need. These are the filaments for it.

• Push Plastic PEI 1010 — 1.75mm and 2.85mm, 3kg bulk

• Ambrosia PPS-CF — 1kg, high-temperature polyphenylene sulfide CF
• Polymaker Fiberon PPS-CF10 — 500g

Note: PEEK and PEI require specialized machines with enclosures capable of 120°C+, hotends rated above 400°C, and engineering-grade print surfaces. Not suitable for standard FDM printers.
