TPU — Thermoplastic Polyurethane — is the flexible filament category. Gaskets, phone cases, shoe insoles, grips, RC tires, protective bumpers, wearable components, strain relief — any application where the part needs to flex, compress, or absorb impact without breaking. The shore hardness (90A vs 95A) determines how soft or firm the result is: 90A is softer and more elastic, 95A is firmer and more structurally rigid while still flexible.
