Every Diameter. One Kit. Built for High-Speed Neptune Printing.

Your nozzle is one of the most impactful variables in 3D printing — and having the right diameter for the job is the difference between a 6-hour print and a 2-hour one, between fine detail and rapid production. This official Elegoo brass nozzle kit puts four diameters in your hands at once: 0.4mm for precision and detail, 0.6mm for balanced speed and quality, 0.8mm for fast functional prints, and 1.0mm for maximum throughput on large structural parts.

Each nozzle is machined to precise tolerances with smooth inner walls to minimize turbulence, reduce clog risk, and maintain consistent extrusion at the high feed rates the Neptune 4 series is built for. At 22.5mm extended length, these nozzles are optimized specifically for high-speed printing — ensuring stable filament flow even when your Neptune is running at pace. The tight-fit design creates a leak-free connection to your extruder assembly, so no filament ooze, no imperfections, no interruptions.

Brass delivers excellent thermal conductivity — heat transfers efficiently and evenly from the heating element into the filament, resulting in consistent melt and reliable extrusion across PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and other standard filaments.

⚠️ Important — Verify Version Compatibility Before Purchase:

  • Neptune 4 Plus / Neptune 4 Max: Compatible with both Ribbon-Cable and Type-C versions
  • Neptune 4 / Neptune 4 Pro: Compatible with Type-C version ONLY

Check your printer's version before ordering. Type-C vs Ribbon-Cable versions use different hotend assemblies. If unsure, check the port on your print head or refer to your printer's documentation.

Perfect for:

  • Swapping nozzle size to match the job — detail prints vs. fast structural parts vs. rapid prototyping
  • Replacing a worn or clogged nozzle to restore print quality
  • Neptune 4 Plus and Neptune 4 Max owners who print at high speeds and need reliable, optimized nozzles
  • Makers who use a range of filaments and want a brass nozzle that handles them all
  • Keeping spares on hand — essential for any active print setup

Choosing Your Nozzle Diameter

  • 0.4mm — the standard diameter. Best detail resolution, suitable for most filaments and everyday printing. Recommended starting point for all filament types
  • 0.6mm — the sweet spot for high-speed printing without meaningful quality loss. Faster than 0.4mm, still produces clean surfaces and solid detail
  • 0.8mm — fast production printing. Excellent for large functional parts, infill-heavy structural prints, and jobs where speed matters more than fine surface detail
  • 1.0mm — maximum throughput. For large-scale prints and fast draft production, where layer visibility is acceptable

Note: Brass nozzles are suitable for PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and other non-abrasive filaments. For abrasive materials such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, or metal-filled composites, a hardened steel nozzle is required. Brass nozzles will wear rapidly with abrasive filaments.
