Push Plastic is a domestic manufacturer. High-Heat Tough PLA is one of their most technically demanding formulations to extrude consistently, and the 1kg format is the right way to validate it before committing to volume.

Standard PLA deflects at roughly 55°C. High-Heat Tough PLA is formulated to hold geometry up to approximately 85°C. That 30-degree difference matters for LED enclosures near driver boards, automotive interior mounts, and outdoor brackets that catch direct sun. Push Plastic extrudes from virgin PLA pellets with heat-resistance additives formulated in-house, no regrind, diameter held to ±0.05mm.

Recommended settings: nozzle 215–235°C, bed 55–70°C. Annealing at 80°C for 30–60 minutes post-print will push heat resistance further for demanding applications.
