Ambrosia filament is wound on cardboard spools designed to work with Bambu AMS. No spool adapter needed.
Ambrosia ASA-CF combines carbon fiber reinforcement with ASA's natural UV and weather resistance. It is a good fit for outdoor parts that need stiffness, such as structural brackets, antenna mounts, drone frames, and exterior hardware. If the part will live outside, ASA-CF is a better choice than standard PLA composites.
Carbon fiber increases stiffness and reduces flex without adding much weight, so printed parts feel more like machined components and mate more cleanly when you are fitting two printed parts together.
Print Settings
- Nozzle temperature: 240–260°C
- Bed temperature: 90–110°C
- Enclosure: Required. ASA-CF warps in open air like standard ASA
- Cooling: Minimal or off
- Nozzle type: Hardened steel or ruby required. CF is abrasive
- Layer height: 0.2mm or coarser recommended for best strength
First layer adhesion matters more with CF composites. Run a slightly slower first layer and confirm bed level before a long print.

Ambrosia filament (1.75mm cardboard spool): Bambu Lab X1C, P1S, P1P, A1, A1 Mini with AMS; Prusa MK4/MK3S+/Mini+; Creality K1/K2/Ender 3 V3; Voron 2.4/Trident; most 1.75mm printers.
Push Plastic filament: 1.75mm spools work with Bambu X1C, Prusa MK4, Creality K1, Voron, RatRig, and all standard 1.75mm setups. 2.85mm spools work with Ultimaker S3/S5, LulzBot Taz Pro, and E3D toolchanger setups. Check the print settings in the product description for temperature and enclosure requirements specific to the material.

- Handling: orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day.
- Delivery: 3–10 business days after handling (4–13 business days in total).
- Consumable orders: free shipping at $95.00 or more. Under $95.00, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your items and address.
- Printer orders: $50.00 flat rate.
- We email you a tracking number once your order ships.

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for new, unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Final sale items cannot be returned.
