Push Plastic is a domestic manufacturer. High-Heat Tough PLA is one of their most technically demanding formulations to extrude consistently. The 5kg format is for shops that have validated the material and need mid-volume supply without the commitment of a 10kg buy.
Standard PLA deflects at roughly 55°C. This formulation is engineered to hold geometry up to approximately 85°C. At 5kg, Push Plastic's in-house extrusion delivers consistent diameter (±0.05mm) and heat-modifier distribution within the lot — critical for materials where additive dispersion affects performance, not just appearance.
Recommended settings: nozzle 215–235°C, bed 55–70°C. Post-print annealing at 80°C for 30–60 minutes will push heat resistance further.
