Collection: ABS Filament

The Engineering Classic. Proven Under Heat and Impact.

ABS has been an engineering material long before 3D printing existed — in automotive dashboards, power tool housings, protective helmets, and countless industrial components. Its combination of high heat resistance (~100°C), impact toughness, and acetone smoothability for post-processing makes it a go-to for serious functional parts.

Printing ABS requires higher temperatures and generally benefits from an enclosure or heated chamber to prevent warping — but the results are parts with mechanical properties that PLA simply can't match. Our ABS range spans standard workhorse formulas, matte finishes, neon and galaxy aesthetics, ESD-safe compounds for electronics, and glass-fiber reinforced ABS for structural rigidity.

What you'll find here:

  • Standard ABS — Polymaker PolyLite ABS, Push Plastic ABS, SainSmart ABS packs
  • Ambrosia Uber ABS+ — enhanced ABS formula
  • Ambrosia ABS Matte — clean flat finish
  • Polymaker PolyLite NEON ABS — high-visibility neon colors
  • Polymaker PolyLite Galaxy ABS — sparkle aesthetic
  • 3DXTech ESD-ABS — electrostatic discharge safe
  • Phaetus NexABS-GF25 — 25% glass fiber reinforced
  • Phaetus ABS-GF — glass-filled ABS (multiple colors)
  • SainSmart ABS 4-pack bundles

Note: ABS requires an enclosure or heated chamber for best results, especially on prints larger than fist-sized. For outdoor applications, consider ASA instead — same printability, significantly better UV resistance.
