Push Plastic is a domestic manufacturer. Their Carbon Fiber PC-PBT is extruded from virgin PC/PBT blend pellets with chopped carbon fiber reinforcement in Springdale, Arkansas. No regrind, no recovered material. Diameter held to ±0.05mm.

CF PC-PBT is one of the most demanding materials available for desktop FDM — and one of the most capable. You get PC-PBT's heat resistance (HDT above 110°C), chemical resistance to oils and solvents, and dimensional stability under load, amplified by carbon fiber's stiffness and the matte, conductive surface finish the fiber loading provides. Target applications: high-temperature structural fixtures, electrically-conductive (ESD-safe) housings, fluid-contact brackets in automotive and aerospace environments, and tooling that must maintain dimensional tolerance at elevated temperatures.

Print at 265–285°C nozzle, 100–120°C bed. Enclosure required. Hardened steel nozzle required. Dry filament at 80°C for 6–8 hours before printing.

2kg is mid-volume for engineering teams running CF PC-PBT jobs on a regular cadence.
