Push Plastic is a domestic manufacturer. PC-PBT is one of their most demanding materials to extrude consistently — tight temperature windows, moisture sensitivity, alloy ratio stability. They control that process in-house, in Springdale, Arkansas, from virgin engineering-grade pellets. At 10kg, this is sized for production environments where material consistency across the lot is not optional.

PC-PBT is the engineering alloy for applications where standard choices have already failed you. Polycarbonate brings impact resistance and high-temperature stability. PBT brings chemical resistance, fatigue strength, and dimensional stability. Together they produce a material that holds its shape under sustained load, resists oils and cleaning agents, and stays functional where ABS and PETG deform or degrade.
