Push Plastic is a domestic manufacturer. CF Nylon is their most demanding technical material to extrude consistently — and the 10kg format is for production shops that have locked in their settings and need volume without batch variation.

Nylon is hygroscopic. Carbon fiber fill increases stiffness and reduces creep under sustained load, but it does not change Nylon's fundamental moisture sensitivity. Every 10kg spool ships in sealed packaging. Store it that way. Dry it before printing if it's been open more than a few hours in a humid environment — a filament dryer at 70–80°C for 4–6 hours will bring it back. Printing wet Nylon produces stringing, bubbling, and poor layer adhesion that no slicer setting fixes.

Push Plastic extrudes CF Nylon from virgin Nylon pellets and chopped carbon fiber — no regrind, no recovered material blended in. Diameter tolerance is held to ±0.05mm. At 10kg production volume, that consistency across the full spool is the difference between a tuned profile that runs cleanly and one that requires constant attention.

A hardened nozzle is required. Carbon fiber is abrasive. Hardened steel, ruby tip, or tungsten carbide at 0.4mm or larger. Brass nozzles will wear visibly within the first kilogram.

Recommended settings: nozzle 250–275°C, bed 70–90°C with garolite or PEI, enclosure required, dry filament mandatory.
