Push Plastic is a domestic manufacturer. Their Matte ABS is extruded from virgin ABS pellets in Springdale, Arkansas, with the matte finish formulated into the extrusion — not applied as a surface coating afterward.

Matte ABS eliminates the layer-line glare that makes standard ABS prints look rougher than they are. For functional enclosures, housings, and parts that will be photographed or presented, the matte surface diffuses light evenly and hides layer transitions more effectively. The 1kg spool is right for validation or a specific project before committing to larger volume.

Push Plastic holds diameter to ±0.05mm. Consistent diameter matters for CF-adjacent and filled materials where flow variation compounds into dimensional error.

Recommended settings: nozzle 235–255°C, bed 100–110°C, enclosure required.
