Push Plastic is a domestic manufacturer. Their PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate / Acrylic) is extruded from virgin acrylic pellets in Springdale, Arkansas. No regrind, no recovered material. Diameter held to ±0.05mm.

PMMA is the filament choice when optical clarity and surface finish matter more than toughness. It prints with a glass-like transparency and polishes to a high-gloss surface that standard clear PETG cannot match. Applications: light diffusers, lenses, display elements, decorative covers, signage inserts, and any part where clarity is a functional requirement rather than a cosmetic preference.

This 2.85mm spool fits Ultimaker, Lulzbot, Raise3D, and E3D toolchanger systems. Drop-in for any 2.85mm machine.

Print at 240–260°C nozzle, 80–90°C bed. A heated enclosure helps reduce warping. Standard 0.4mm brass nozzle.

1kg is the right size to validate PMMA's optical quality in your 2.85mm machine before ordering larger quantities.
